Activities Application

If you would like to host a tour or an activity in Saddler's Woods, an activities application must be submitted to the Haddon Township Environmental Commission with SWCA copied in as we maintain the calendar. Please email the application to marlene.finizio@tylin.com and janet@saddlerswoods.org

An activities application is required for groups with ten or more participants. If your group size is less than ten, a formal application is recommended out of courtesy because it helps to track site usage, ( which helps us with grants) but it is NOT required. 

Please submit your completed applications fourteen days in advance of the start date of your activity. For repeated activities, applications must be renewed annually. Thank you!
